Opt-In Policies
If you purchase a product from us or join a free webinar session, you confirm that you opt-in to receive future messages from us.
To receive member emails, you may need to manually opt-in. Instructions to do so will be provided if there is an error with your email address.
Opt-Out Policies
Per Citrix configuration settings, we are unable to manually remove you from GoToWebinar mailings. Please manage your subscription at the bottom of any webinar email to stop receiving those updates.
For any other emails that you receive, you can choose to opt-out by managing your subscription at the bottom of the email that you receive. If you send a request for us to stop contacting you, we will comply (without reply), with the exception of Citrix/GoToWebinar as mentioned above.
