General Note:
Just like the thinkorswim version of the Tickmaster, this indicator will only work well if you set the correct trading hours (9:30-4:00pm Eastern); which is when you have $TICK data. To do so, you need to right-click on the chart and select the appropriate Trading Hours for the Data Series. In our developer's case "US Equities RTH" template had the correct trading hours I was looking for.
You can also have other templates or create one manually.
