For international subscribers
If you are located outside of the United States, we provide our alert service with WhatsApp. Send a support request to receive a group invitation link.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to be included in our alert services after receiving your request.
If you were added to a group, and still do not receive alerts, perform the following steps:
- Text START to +1-773-358-1689.
Confirm an automated reply stating you will receive messages.
If you do not receive alerts after this, then the issue is with your service provider... - Contact your service provider and make sure messages from Shortcode 66555 are not being blocked.
